This Privacy Policy explains how Asif Brain Waves (“ABW”, “we”, “us”) handles information on asifbrainwaves.com. ABW is an educational website run by Muhammad Asif from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It offers free TradingView indicator guides, chart tutorials, AI prompt resources and related learning materials.
Who this policy covers
It applies to visitors of the public website and to people who create a student or instructor account through Tutor LMS on this site.
Information we collect
We only collect what the site actually needs to run. Based on how the site works today:
- Account registration (Tutor LMS). If you register as a student or instructor, the form asks for first name, last name, username, email address and password. That data is stored in the WordPress / Tutor LMS database so you can sign in to the dashboard and access courses.
- Login session. When you are signed in, WordPress sets authentication cookies on your browser so the site can keep you logged in.
- Server and hosting logs. Like most websites, the hosting server (Hostinger) may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps for security and reliability.
- Cache and performance. LiteSpeed Cache may use cookies or similar technical storage to serve pages faster.
- Third-party embeds and tools you choose to use.
- Hostinger Reach scripts load on public pages for Hostinger’s marketing / reach features.
- AddToAny share buttons appear on pages. If you click a share option, AddToAny and the network you choose (for example Facebook, X, WhatsApp, Telegram or LinkedIn) may process data under their own policies.
- YouTube and TradingView embeds or outbound links may set their own cookies or collect data when you play a video or open a chart. Those services are controlled by Google / YouTube and TradingView, not by ABW.
We do not currently operate a public contact form, newsletter signup form or blog comment form on the pages reviewed for this policy. Cart and checkout URLs exist for Tutor LMS, but they only collect payment or checkout details if you complete a paid flow on those pages.
How we use information
- To provide and secure student / instructor accounts and course access
- To operate, protect and improve the website
- To respond if you contact us through a channel you choose (for example email or a social profile)
- To meet basic legal or security requirements when needed
Legal basis and your choices
If you create an account, we process that information because it is needed to provide the service you requested. You can ask us to update or delete your account data by contacting us through the channels on the Contact page. You can also clear cookies in your browser or use the site without registering.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Limited technical sharing happens with hosting and plugin providers that help run the site (for example Hostinger, LiteSpeed, Tutor LMS and Rank Math on the server side, and third parties you actively use such as AddToAny, YouTube or TradingView).
Retention
Account data is kept while your account remains open and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for security or legal reasons. Server logs are kept according to the host’s normal retention practices.
Children
ABW content is aimed at adults who study trading and related skills. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International processing
The site is operated from Saudi Arabia and hosted on Hostinger. Your information may be processed in the country where the hosting infrastructure is located.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page.
